the property only need $10,000 in repairs,
would leave her with $50,000 in profit.
14 day inspection period, allow her to walk away
after an inspection.
after a contractor came out the house was a complete disaster
mold, foundation damage was much more work than she was interested in.

Make sure you have an inspection period
for any house you put a contract on.
That way you don't have to waste time
& money.
Having a contractor look at a property until
